Default 114.3x4 accord/prelude on 96-00 civic?

well my main question is it possible? can you switch the disks off a 99-00 si brake set up and replace them with the accord/prelude? if thats possible can i still use the suspension on the car already? thanks for any help its apprciated.

the discs from an accord/prelude will not fit...the civic's hub is a 4x100 so the discs holes for the lugs will not clear.
