Default Help with my DX motor in my Si

I just put a DX motor in my Si and kept my, intake manifold, distributer, ECU, and wire harness. It doesnt run right now, it throws a code 7 and code 5. And it idles rough and made my spark plugs very black when i pulled them to check them out.
I drove it and it lacks alot of power and i think it smokes a bit from the exhaust.
Any ideas?

he blew a pistion ring in his Si motor. and needed something quick. i had recently taken my Dx motor out of my car and that is what he has now. motor ran fine before i took it out of my DX crx.

rene try swapping those connections that may be all it needs...

did you change the 2 wires in the TP sensor plug for the DX TPS? THe pin arrangement on the DX TPS is different than the Si. Or, did you mean that you kept the Si intake and throttle body and put them on the DX motor?
It would be a little tough to ge the MAP and TPS plugged into the wrong spots since they are on opposite sides of the main connectors - but I guess anything is possible.
You are still using the Si ECU then?

he is using the Si ecu, and i beleive he kept the intake mani and everyting off the Si and just threw it on the Dx motor. that was his intention when he picked it up.

My friend did the exact same thing with his hatch, but he used his Si cam in the dx engine, you should give that a try as well while you're at it.
