Anyone know how to figure out the Brake-Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC) rating?

Default Anyone know how to figure out the Brake-Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC) rating?

I know that for a high compression NA car, the BSFC should be between .45 (no mods) and .55 (highly modded). Does anyone know how to get a more specific rating for a given car?
