Default make my b16b a 1.8 or keep it as is?

If i were to start doing some more serious NA stuff to my b16b should i throw in an ITR crank pistons and rods to make it a 1.8 and then get some cams and a hondata.

or should i get some ~11.5:1 comp pistons for the b16b and then get cams and a hondata.

will the different rod/stroke ratio with the 1.8 hurt the motor or would i be ok with it?

Properly built ITR motors don't seem to have any problem revving to the truly stupid end of the tach. Going with an ITR crank certainly won't hurt anything.
