ok i just got a 91 honda accord and the seat belt light is flashing and its making a beeping noise from under the seat.(theres a circuit board under the passenger seat) well the seat belts are automatic and when i start the car they strap you in but the passenger seat is not working but the driver side is.
please help!!

 

take it to the dealer, seatbelt warranty for the life of the vehicle

 

i dident get it from the dealer i found it in the paper and bought it from some guy. it dident have the user manuel

 

As long as the vehicle is properly registered, American Honda will honor the policy and replace defective seat belts thru any of it's dealers.
You could be the sixth owner, and they'd still honor it.
