Default Prices for paint jobs

hi im startin my thread over. it got to outa control thx to my immature behavior...


anyways if still curious about the prices people have paid for an exterior job including door jams. i have a 95 civic hatch and if any shops remotely close to Md (DC,VA,DE,Pa) see this thread feel free to pm me price quotes or anything. i want my car to be phoenix yellow

d&v bodyshop in chantilly, good price and professional large body shop, paint many show car and race car. i had my car painted there, they did a excellent job and flawless work.

it all depends on the quality of work, paint, etc. Id figure about 1200 give or take for a nice full spray with jams and all. Make sure to pick a reputable place though

doesnt a DIY require skill...i would hate to waste that 700 on paint if it ended up lookin like *** u know

i dont know of any reliable shops around md,va,de,or pa. thats why im tryin to find out from peeps on ht. i can always look in my phone book for paint places and they'll say, "ya we do good work" but thats not relibale at all

theres some kind jeff on here, i forget his s/n ill try to remember. he got his EK painted blue at some place in baltimore.

i asked for a quote for a respray of my same color and he said depending on the shape of the body it would be around 1000 bucks.

i'll try to remember the name, the paint job was definately top notch though.
