It is theoretically easy, except I think all the gears that "fit" an H-series engine require cutting the covers. This can turn a 30-min job into all day. ymmv...

i wouldent really say its easy. I dont know about you guys but i friggin hate resetting the timing belt. Especially with the damn auto tensioner. That in itself is an all day project. Make sure your cam gears came with cam keys

so all I have to do is put it at TDC and mark the tdc on the timing belt, and do a half turn on the tensor bolt to loosen the belt alittle, then loosen the bolt on the cam gear then use the stock cam gear mark with the new cam gear them reinstall the cam gear with the mark return the tensor bolt back to tight the belt and thats it right?

sounds about right. try turning the engine manually a couple times and make sure everything is lined up still.
