Default Ls/Vtec Problem Need Help right now

ls/tec with newly rebuild head having problems first there is no compression, it does have spark, fuel, new head gasket new head studs, it does have compression when i put oil into one of the cylinders and got 20 psi anyone have any ideas before i pull this bitch any part?

Your valve is opening. Make sure your timing belt are set at TDC. Next redo all the valve lash to all cam lobe as spec. Your compression should goes up and start up after valve adjustment. If you done all that but still had no compression and no start then you have a crack ring..
