How much for the shell with steel wheels on it, just the basics. Sorry to hijack but I am in the market for the cheapest shell I can find with a decent body

You mean suspension wise right? It drives just like any normal car. The only difference is that its kinda rough over bumps. Except for that its good. As long as you don't go offroading in it, its fine.
