Default JDM VS. USDM P72 ECU

Does anyone know if their are any differences in JDM P72 and a USDM P72 ECU's?

JDM ECUs are limited to 112 MPH.

I also would like to know. Im planing on getting a JDM ECU.
Are both the loom plugs same of JDM P72 and JDM P73 ITR? Will they fit in to my 1994 GSR?
Anyone?

the looms are the same, i have a JDm integra Sivtec and i have the acura GSR manual, and as far as i can make out the wiring is the same on both, but your car will limit at 120mph( supposed to be 112mph, but goes onto 120mph) so you will also need a speed limit jumper, theyre about $70-80
