It's the 50th aniv of James Deans Death and several clubs are going to be doing runs to Cholame, Calif, to the Junction of Hy 46 and 41 the site of his death.
Anyone planning to go?

Some are starting out in Sherman Oaks, making stops at the same places Dean and his Mechanic Rolf did too on that fatal day.

 

I'm a reporter with the Ventura County Star newspaper and saw your posting. I'm interested in doing something on Dean's death- do you know any details about the ride up there?
Any help would be great.
