Default lowering springs

I am lowering my 03 accord with a Eibach pro-kit to get rid of a fender gap when I put my 20's on. Is there anything else I will need with such a small drop? I'm not racing, just cruising!!! But I don't want to get ripped off buying thinks I don't really need. How can I prevent the boat look, where the back is lower then the front, or is that just on some models? I have a 03 cpe.

Even if you are just cruising I thing 20's is a big mistake. I want to get rims for my 05 accord coupe and I definatly think 18's is the highest any 1 should go. This car was not designed for a huge rims. 20's and higher are for SUV's not Jap cars. Go with 18's man and that should fill up the wheel well perfect. You probably dont have to drop it at all.

Yea dont buy 20s. Also, buying bigger wheels wont make the gap smaller.

heres my opinion on the 7th gen accords:

if you wheel has a lip, go 19 at most. if no lip, go 18. first off, both the front and rear fenders (on both coupe AND sedan) are very tall. 16" wheels on an 04 look like 14"s on a 5th gen. Lips make wheels look smaller, and lets face it, the 7th gen accord aint going anywhere w/o a J under the hood, so frankly, your not gonna see serious butt dyno loss.

Well the only reason I'm going 20 is that they have a 20x7.5 and it's aluminum and lighter then most 20inch wheels. Most 20 inch wheels on the market are 20x8.5 which is too wide. And most 20 inch wheels are half steal which makes them heaver. Plus with the big wheel well on this body style, it can take it with no problem. With a 225/35/20, it will add up to the OE specs of what I have on their from the factory. The over all diameter is the same so I can still lower it. Plus with the tire size (225/35) and a smaller width (20x7.5) it won't rub when I lower it. Alot of people are afraid of the super low profile of this tire but I driven on them before. The only difference is that before I had a 225/35/18 on a Beretta GTU. The profile is the same on both tires, so I'm not afraid of that. I've seen a 04 Accord on 18's and it looked alot smaller than you would think. I know alot of people think that a 03 Accord would have the 4x4 look but they don't realize how big that wheel well is. 20 on a Accord sounds crazy, but if you get the right size tire and wheel it would work very well, unless your trying to race. I thought the same thing when somebody told me a Chrysler 300 had 22's on it. I thought they were crazy until I saw it. I didn't realize the wheel well was so big.
