can i run the civic si rail on a b16 w/the b16 injectors whitout a problem or not

No, you cannot use the Si fuel rail on the B16, it won't fit.

The bolt holes on the D-series rail doesn't match up with the studs on the B-series intake manifold. So unless this guy wants to drive around with a fuel rail that's not bolted down, I don't think it would be a good idea.
