i have an STI seat and i was wondering if there is any way to mount it in my 91 integra

Prob going to have to fabricate your own rails, take the DA seat rail apart and the STI seat rails apart, get some metal working tools and a case of beer and I'm sure you can figure out something. I had to do something like this to fit Del Sol seats in my DA.
