the dish isn't that deep. it's a 1 piece wheel that looks like three pieces.
there's a few groupbuys floating around. it's about 600-750ish for a set of 4 shipped. There was a huge thread about this in GD&D but i can't find it. This is pretty expansive for rota wheels hah.

I'm going to pick myself up a pair of 17x8.5 +20; track wheels of course. I might have to run 8mm spacers to clear my coilovers.

autornd.com's groupbuy on zilvia: http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=86599
GTM Performance's groupbuy http://www.groupbuycenter.com/sale.aspx?id=19651

These wheels will be the next fad. (i've said this 6 months ago hehe)
It will also give owners a choice to run wider wheels and streatch tires. Also the next fad on this board.

everyone hates on rotas but they are actually helping bring down the cost of quailty rims.

Lekz, they don't bring the cost down on quality rims. they just make people buy crappy rims. the real SSR sp1 are forged 1 to 3 piece.

the larger the wheels, the better. I'd love 18 inch wheels, but tires are expansive.
I hope you dont think i do "drivers-scared-to-steer racing" er i mean drag racing.

btw, 17-18 on my car is like 15-16 on a honda.
