well, i finished my wheel painting project and im happy with the results, the previous pics i posted have long since changed. here are some pics i took tonight
any comments are welcome, i didnt juice the tires mainly cuz i didnt want any silicone to get in the air. peace

that 3.5" card trick does wonders
makes cleanup a breeze
my first time doing it the masking tape and newspaper drove me crazy

I want to paint my wheels the same color. What is that paint called? (Gun Metal?)(

the wheels are Power Racing (advan RG copies) and for paint i used 1 can primer, 4 cans of Rustoleum: Black Night Metallic and 2 cans of Rustoleum: Clear

i just used some paint thinner to clean and dull the surface, i primered them, then put a light coat of paint, used a heat gun, and then a wet coat, and then two coats of clear coat. Thanks for all the replies
