Default Clutch Question

Ok guys my rex had 230,000 miles on the last motor. Damm im proud to own a Honda. Anyways, my clutch is slipping after so many miles and im getting it replaced for free. Now what parts will I be needing. Its the disk, plate, ...... and what else.
Can someone help.

You will need a new release bearing and the pilot bearing.

The pilot bearing goes in the flywheel and the release bearing goes on the transmission. When you have the trans off you can pull the clutch and see the release bearing. HTH

I gave you all the parts you need?? What do you mean what else will you need. You will need some moly-disulfide grease, but that is the only other thing I can think of besides tools. Please clarify

If your sticking with your stocker clutch and engine just get a good kit. It will include everything you need. Try

Hey spooner. FYI
I have friends that work for Honda. They will hook me up with a stock clutch for FREE!! Get the point? I dont want to spend any money on this stock motor that I got for free as well. Saving up For the B!6 swap. Just need to tell them what exactly parts I need.
