Default Need some parts selection help

I just picked up a 95 integra GSR and I wanna do some mild NA work on this car. It is my daily driver so the block is staying stock and I am not going for huge numbers just a lil extra pep and good reliability. I also own a boosted hatch so I know turbo parts well but not all motor. The car currently has a DC sport header (honestly I haven't even looked at what one), apex'i world sport 2 exhaust, aem cold air, msd ignition and AEM cam gears. Now here is my idea but please let me know if these parts will work well together because I am really unfamiliar with cams and how they react to different compression levels.

I want to add a DC sport jdm 4-1 herader with the 2.5 collector and hook that to a 2.5 test pipe that will then connect to my WS exhaust. I know the exhaust is a bit of a restriction but this is my daily driver and I wanna keep the exhaust noise down and I can deal with a few hp loss. For the head I would like to add an intake manifold but I am not sure if I should go JG or skunk 2 so any help here is great as far as what makes better power throughout the entire power band. Now for cams I am not sure where to go. I would prefer to stay with skunk 2 since I can get them through the shop I work at for a good price. I am however, open to other suggestions as long as they don't run me over $600 a set or so. I am just not sure if I am best using stage 1 or stage 2 with my stock compression. For springs and retainers I will also be using skunk 2 because of the fact I get them at dealer cost. My boosted hatch is tuned on neptune by jess evans and he is the only tuner I trust so I will be having this car dyno tuned by him on neptune to handle tuning duty.

It is a pretty basic setup but I was just trying to throw it out there to those of you more familiar with NA setups to let me know if I am using a good combination of parts to make some decent power. I would like to throw down around 180whp if possible.

stage1 cams, skunk2 intake manifold, 65 mm tb, or go pro1's, especially if you have acces to a good tuner

Yeah my tuner is IMO the best in the area and definetly in the top 5 as far as tuning boosted hondas go in the US I would say. How much more are the pro cams compared to the regular stage 1s? Also does the 65mm TB make a big difference?
