spark plug has water on it...
the other day i was just doing a routine checkup and i noticed there was water (or some kinda liquid) in the chamber where the spark plug wire connects to the spark plug...it mustve gotten in there when i was washing my car, i don't have a busted head gasket (i think). anyway, my car is running kinda funny, i can sorta feel the fuel (or spark) cut out when i'm cruising at normal speeds...would this be due to my spark plugs and/or spark plug wires? if so, what brand should i get? i have a b16a
I would get the NGK Iridiums. they are good quality and it will create more hp/torque than normal plugs. Atleast for me, i felt a lot more strength on the high-end. I also did some ground wiring, if htat helps any.
maybe your head has a small crack letting coolant leak into your plug area from the coolant passages cause I dont think by washing your car you could get water into the spark plug area.
well, it was washed under the hood too, supposedly. i just got my car painted and i think they washed underneath the hood to paint the hood....
