hey guys, i'm gona do a ZC swap in my 86 crx si and was wonderin what were some cheap mods i could do to get power out of that motor, like individual throttle bodies if they make any for that motor or any other idea's. thanks

 

You doing the JDM (black cover ZC)? If so , simple things as intake, exhaust, cams, and a little tuning ....And in your car that motor youd be in the high 14's with good tuning.

itb's aren't cheap and they don't offer alot of power unless you have a real strong all motor setup. zc's love boost. another option would be like a 50-75 wet shot. just ideas. good luck

 

I went with msd ignition dc heads aem cold air intake obx adjustable cams new sparks and 35 to 75 dry shot NOS nitrous system for like $500 and I beat a bunch of fast cars alot of b16 crx's and civics, VR6's and I kept up wit my friends first gen eclipse with a bunch of mods
