Done plenty of searches, but couldn't find this info...

I'm doing an auto to manual swap to my '93 Sol Si. I nearly have all the parts, and nearly done figuring all I'm going to figure out before starting the conversion... at this point, I need to know if the manual pedal assembly from a '97 Civic CX will work on a '93 (auto to manual) Sol.

I've read of people installing the whole (clutch, brake, & gas) pedal assembly, read of people just installing the clutch and brake assembly & keeping the original accelerator assembly... someone please shed some light on this.

You would have better luck getting a complete EG pedal assembly as opposed to trying to mod the EK pedals.

 

i've read that if i do this, there's some kinda pain in the *** issue with the accelerator cable... you familiar with that?
