Default ITR Intake camshaft in a B17a1

I have a JDM ITR Intake Camshaft and want to install it on my B17a1 VTEC motor. Will I notice any gains or do i need the exhuast camshaft as well? is it worth installing?? what about any tuning done? would that make any difference? the motor is stock with I/H/E.

Will work good on just intake.

Just limit rpm to 8200 on stock springs. Should upgrade springs as soon as you can though.

You should change all the springs but if you are stapped then just do the intakes springs first.
