freakin hurricane knocked out our supply of fuel in NC, our gas went up from 2 59 to over 3 dollars in one night, and now we have a limit on how much we can buy, like 10 gallons i believe

If I read that correctly, you are basing you mileage on 0 miles and 0 gallons of fuel.

0 mile / 0 gallons is not equal to 1.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 93egsedan &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">freakin hurricane knocked out our supply of fuel in NC, our gas went up from 2 59 to over 3 dollars in one night, and now we have a limit on how much we can buy, like 10 gallons i believe</TD></TR></TABLE>

That thing drove gas prices up across the country. I heard a news report today that claimed prices are up $0.70 on average across the country.

Good luck to all you down south. Keep safe.

40? damn, i'm doing something wrong then. when i say stripped meaning no a/c p/s and no back seat. My heavy speaker box may contribute, maybe the performance stuff contribute to the short coming, i dunno. But i do know i dont wanna keep paying $3.50+ a gallon !!!

I can get 40+ mpg in my hatch. It's mostly stock right now, but that helps alot since I commute 80 miles a day!

I wish gas was 3.10 here. I paid 3.85 yesterday. We are supposed to break 4.10 by sunday.

New Orleans can lick my sack for getting hit by a hurricane.

I'm happy about the my hatches ability to save gas as well. I only have to fill up once every two weeks.

Oddly enough, what happened in New Orleans shouldn't have affected California, we have our own oil refinery, the price's out here went up just because. Whoever is running the gasoline companies is making bank. Compare this:

We pay around $70 for a barrel of oil

When they only spend $10 to get the petro changed to a usable sorce.

Do you see how much bank they're making? It's just an issue of greed
