Seller is giving me the choice(at a price of course). Do you think the ITR suspension is really worth the extra money? Yea, it looks pretty...but performance wise, do I really need it?

I think it's mostly parking lot bling.
Hey if can get nasty for a good price do it.

of course it helps braking. If it didn't, you think Honda would have put it on a Type R (besides newer Hondas and the NSX) only?
