car looks good although im sure the owner has noticed that the front bumper and it looks like the kit is not quite the same color. The same thing happened to a friend with a silver GTI. He got the european front bumper and some lip painted and it was just a **** hair off in color. We always thought it was just a bum paint job untill at a show he was parked next to another silver GTI and his bumper matched that GTI's paint 100% dead on. Apparently there are two different variations of silver for those cars(different color codes). Anyway nice pics...

Actually its not the stock GTI silver that he has. He had the car repainted with a blue pearl. That is what you are seeing in the images. When he had the kit put on and the rest of the car painted it was at the same time. Its wierd looking at it during the day because it looks light blue in the sun but when it gets overcast it looks silver and other times it looks half and half. Really wierd.

The last shot took like 15min or so. Most of that was discussion on where the car should go next and setting up spaces so we know where the car was before to limit the amount of unintentional overlap when putting back together in Photoshop.
But there were 2 people there, me to work the camera and him to drive the car around. If you had to do it by yourself easily double the time, because you have to walk back to the camera and if the car is not right you have to go back and adjust it etc.
