Default Windshield wiper fluid motor issues.

So, my front jets won't shoot anything. First I thought the motor was dead, so I replaced it. No good. The fuse isn't blown though. So what other issues could cause this? Where is the wiring I should go look for? This is on a 91 crx dx by the way. Thanks a lot for the help.

Change jets first. They could be clogged. And look for the leaks and lines.

If those are okay, then look for the wiring. Does the motor say anything when you pull the switch?

Nope. It's not lines or jets, and the motor doesn't really say anything. And the fuses are fine, so I'm kinda stuck. My old windshield wiper motor I replaced looked damn good so I don't think it is that they are both busted. It doesn't buzz when I activate it so I think the signal is not getting the the fluid motor at all.
