all disc's suspension?
Some folks will tell you to search for this answer. I will tell you to go to http://www.passwordjdm.com and look under EF-(specific model)-USED PARTS-BRAKEs&SUSPENSION. It is a little more expensive than going to the junkyard, but they have never steered me wrong. I have recently acquired the rear discs/trailing arms from the 94 Del Sol Si. All I have to do is pull my old crusty crap off, install the cleaned up newer stuff, and redo the lines. Easy as pie

upgrade your front suspension with bigger rotors. civic EX 4dr knuckles and calipers are the perfect solution.

A 15/16 90 Si master cylinder. The Integra 15/16 doesn't fit your Civic brake booster.
Contrary to popular belief, going from a 13/16 to a 15/16 master cylinder doesn't increase your braking performance, it's just a matter of pedal feel aka preference. The same with the brake booster.
If you upgrade to larger front discs along with your rear discs, also upgrade the proportioning valve. It's better to grab all these parts of a non ABS car so that you're sure all the components go together since you get them all from the same car. If you're only swapping to rear discs, and you've increased your spring rates and lowered the vehicle, don't get the proportioning valve. You'll actually have better brake bias with your original prop valve in this instance.
You can be like me and custom plumb a wilwood **** style proportioning valve, and then truly optimize your brake bias on the track or in a gravel swap meet parking lot.

If I change the knuckles for my rear disc's would I be able to upgrade to a bigger size rotor? Im going to build it in power wise and I know im going to need better stopping power for those high speed runs on the highway. Of course just by myself I myself dont belive in street racing too many variables I cant control.

That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. Think about what you're saying...
