Default Good shop in upper midwest for H22A swap?

I've just bought a '93 Accord LX Wagon 5speed with 134k and the F22 just blew a ring...so I'm looking to accelerate my plans for a swap to a USDM H22A. I'm leaning more towards the USDM version because I hope I can find a good one cheaper and because I think it'd run better on US fuel, since I want this to be a good daily driver when all is said and done...but correct me if I'm wrong in any of my thinking.

However, since the most complex engine work I've done is head gaskets, and because I don't have tools like a hoist, or even a proper jack stand, and because winter is coming and I haven't got a heated garage, I'm going to need someone to do it for me.

So, anyone know a good shop that can do it for me near Brainerd, MN? The car still runs and I think I can get it to Minneapols/St. Paul or Duluth or anywhere in that area. Or is there anyone in the area that has done a couple that'd be willing to do mine or help for a little compensation?

Thanks for any advice you can give, guys.

btw - I tried searching for this info first, but I'm not very good at it and couldn't find anything specific for this area.
