I bought this car from an H-T member after my B16 EG was stolen. My EG was recovered and is now rebuilt and this EF is just sitting in my driveway.
UPDATE: One of the exhaust hangers just in front of the resinator broke off and took a chunk of the center pipe with it. I have tried to patch it 3 times with no success. At best, someone will need to weld in a patch and then weld the hanger back on. At worst, you'll have to replace the exhaust. I've knocked $200 off the price of the car because of this problem.
Quick facts:
1991 Honda Civic STD (standard three door) - 2HGED6349MH519935
Engine: D15B2
Tranny: 4 speed
Mileage: 154,xxx (I've only put about 4000 miles on it since I bought it)
Title: clear and in-hand
Inspection: NYS valid through October
Price: $800
The car runs well and is very reliable. Tires and front pads have about 3,000 miles on them. LF caliper was replaced right after I got it. Rear shoes were replaced last week. The only mechanical maintenance the car could use is new front rotors. The ones on there are slightly warped, but it's really only noticeable at highway speeds.

13" Superguard SCR's, plenty of tread, on freshly painted steelies.

A look at the interior. Drivers seat is pretty ragged. Note, there's also no tach. Factory AM/FM cassette with some crap-***, paper cone speakers.

Bone stock D15B2. Very reliable, very smooth.

Exhaust no has a hole in it just in front of the resinator. SEE ABOVE.

Ok, here's the knock on this car. It came from upstate NY where the winters are long and the roads are salty. The PS rocker is almost completely gone.

The DS rocker is bad, as are the area behind both wheel arches on the drivers side.

I can't stress enough that the rust is non-structural. The bottom of the car, inside wheel wells and door sills, under the hatch and hood, all rust free.
You won't find a more reliable car for less money. $1000 drives it home.

The car is in excellent condition with the exception of the rocker panels. I've never know a car to fail inspection because of cosmetic body rust, have you?

The block is stamped B2, I just double checked.

Obviously, you're the authority after looking at 2 photographs, aren't you? New York State inspected the car and passed it, so what can I tell you. Would you like to see a photograph of the inspection sticker?
If you're interested in the car, come make your own assessment. I'll happily get it up off the ground so you can inspect it thoroughly, just as I've done. If not, worry about selling your car, not mine.
