can anyone in SOCAL weld a flange on to a pipe for me

anyone around the costa mesa/irvine area help me weld a flange on to my exhuast pipe
send me a quote or i can buy u some beer
or can anyone recommend me a place around here

some exhuast place want to charge me like 40 bucks

its just a stock exhuast with a flange that need to be turn
