I have to find out exactly what the difference is in my speedometer, but I can't remember what the tyre size on the RSX is, having my chassis an hour away. I think it was 205/60/R16, but I'm not totally correct, am I?

 

From the Research part of cars.com it says the original tire equipment size on 2002 RSX-S (and all 02-04 Type-S I assume) is 205/55VR16.
