Default Flywheel bolts question

Hi all,

I am going to change the FW and FD on my ITR soon. Can I reuse the flywheel bolts or should I get new ones? Is there any other bolt/nut/screw/etc I need to replace when I change the FW and FD?

To people in Toronto,

Do you have any good recommandation regarding the installaion of FW and FD? Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with any shop installing their FW and FD in Toronto?

Someone referred me to N1 Auto and Speedstar, anyone have anything to say about their work?

I searched the board and it seems like there is a mix feeling towards speedstar and very little comments with N1 Auto. Feel free to IM me if you don't feel comfortable posting it publicly.

Thanks in advance!

Just guessing, but by FD do you mean final drive? Anyway, the flywheel bolts are fine to reuse, just drop a dab of loctite on them.

FD?

Re-use the flywheel bolts, they're like $8/each at the dealer, so it's best to re-use.

FD?

Sorry for the confusion, for FD I meant final drive and for FW I meant flywheel.

By the way, do I need to resurface a brand new flywheel (fidanza) before I install it?

I assumed final drive, but when I read friction disc, I assumed that you crazy canadians referred to it as something else.

w00t, I am teh winn3r!

I wouldn't worry about resurfacing the flywheel, I put mine on fresh out of the box, no problems over 2 years and 30,000 miles later.
