I second this, but if you live on the west coast 45 octane will do.
Other than what was already suggested, i would also reccomend, Integra Type R sleeves, S2000 Pistons, and oh and Civic EX rods. You can find more about this setup in the archives, just search.

you forgot:
1.) anti-lag
2.) a really good blow-off valve. you can tell the good ones by how loud they are--the louder, the better
3.) wheelie bars
4.) a 5" drop so your CAI is closer to the ground
