man, i had been hearing an exhaust leak for a little while now, and suspected it was one of my gaskets. anyways, i get the car up on the rack at school today, and one of my header tubes, has a HUGE *** dent in it. like almost 3/4 of the tube is blocked.. ooooo man. right on the bottom front, where all cars hit first. and to top it all off, the hanger bracket has a little crack in it.. im thinking of contacting megan, and seeing if they can get me a new downpipe for the header. anyone had this happen? and had to deal with their customer service??
I purchased a megan header off ebay. Within 30-60 days it cracked (the support that bolts to the backside of the block). I contacted the seller on ebay and a few weeks later I had a new b-pipe (2-1 piece). They seemed to be reasonable.
alot of people have had this problem and seems like megan has responded positively about it.... to bad dc sports wont ... those **** !
ya same **** happened to my megan header .i dont want to raise my car so i was thinking of welding some sorta skid plate somewhere. i tried leaving a message on ebay about replacing the down pipe and a price but no answer. i still want to contact them maybe there is a better way.could some one let me know.if i do buy another down pipe it will be a good time for a collector mod. any one have results.hey sorry about you're luck.i lost the power i gained from the header.

btw- "drivingear" was the name of the seller on ebay whom I purchased the header from. He was very helpful.
