Default b20a5 or zc dohc in my civic si

what motor should i put in my car i have a fully rebuilt b20a5 motor out of an 89 prelude and my friend is selling me his motor (zc dohc) but the problem is both r auto.

The b20 from that prelude is probably the worst "B" series Honda ever made.

It's not even like the other Bseries so you'd have to get custom mounts made. It's not a good motor...

Go with the DOHC ZC and get an Si transmission

OKAY I AM GUESSING I SHOULD GO WITH THE ZC BUT NOW HOW HARD IS IT TO DROP IN

DO I NEED TO MAKE ANY NEW MOUNTS OR ANY THING LIKE THAT

i'm in the process of doin a DOHC ZC swap in my crx si...u wont need ne custom mounts or nethin...its really plugs and play..uc an use the 5spd SI tranny for the motor...but since u said ur car is a auto. u open urself up for a whole nother boat load of problems...its been done ALOT of times...but with the tranny swap part the others can help u...GOOD LUCK and the DOHC is Greatness..youll love it...

the zc will be a stright drop everything bolts up (tranny, mounts)
all u have to do is two wires to the cps (exhasut cam position sensor)
and ur done
