Socal: prepped 99 Honda Accord for sale

It's finally time. I'm planning on letting go of my accord. After researching some prices and calculating the cost of everything that went into it (believe it or not, it came out to $8,330 worth of parts that's on the accord)... The car has 58k miles.
The car has been setup to handle like no one's business. 5 months of suspension and alignment tuning. Corner weight balanced. It will handle auto-x duties as well as track.. I'm looking to sell as is (modified) to a fellow enthusiast. if not, i'll convert it back to stock and trade it into a dealer.

thanks for the bump..
some additional info.. the car has been maintained well.
-regular oil changes with synthetic oil (AMSOIL).
-only HAMP oil filters were used.
-oil filter magnet AND drain plug magnets are used.
-tranny oil changed every 15k miles with Honda MTF
-distributor cap and rotor changed every 15k
-valve re-adjustment (not really needed) checked at 30k
-brake fluid changed at 30k (only high performance DOT 4 synthetic ATE)
-brakes bled every 10k
