Did you ever try to just push up on the glass when you tried opening it? Mine sometimes gets stuck, so I have to push on the glass and it'll open up

Hey great thanks, but my PC is bugging out. Everytime I try to save something to dsk it apparently freezes the program and I have to start over. I tried this twice and no diice. I then just tried copy/paste into the browser and that didnt seem to work either.
