i know there is a way to totally remove the rear wiper assembly on the civic hatch 92-95 but how ..... the thing that holds the window down to the door (cant remember the name of it) is attatched to the mount ... didnt the cx or vx come without a rear wiper ... what are the pieces i need to get rid of this hideous thing ???

You can purchase the CX/VX plug and handle to replace what you removed. I removed mine, but left the plastic box on the window, and just used a nut/bolt/washer combo to secure the latch to the window, so it was still fully functional.
