they both go in using the same mounts but the b16 swap is a good deal cheaper. check out the search option and maybe ull find the exact answers ur looking for.
Top right of the screen will be a button with the word "Search", click on that.
When you get to the search screen type in B18C1 into the search field, put CRX/EF Civic into the Forum, and check the "Archived" button. Numerous threads should come up.

the complete swap, and dont you need a specific intake manifold for that motor. any reason why you dont go ls vtec? seems like itd be a lot cheaper and you could build the bottom end to be able to rev. just a thought. oh yeah back on topic, you need the ecu, engine harness, obd1 conversion and im not sure what else.
Almost everything you would need for a B16 except, on the B18c1/5 you'll need the DA or B16a driver side motor mount bracket and the DA rear tranny bracket needs to be drilled out a bit if you're using the hydro tranny.
There's a lot of little stuff. Finding all the big stuff was easy, I just kept running into something small that people always forget to mention.
Also, I think since you have an HF you'll need DA knuckles and hubs, or si/dx knuckles and hubs (DA would be better for bigger brakes)
