Default Torsion Bar Adjustment ?

i tried searching and redpepperracing.com isnt working for me right now so can any1 tell me exactly how to lower my 86 civic si with torsion bar front suspension PLEASE!!!!!

There is a adjusting nut on it. You twist a certain way and it will allow it to drop.

sorry this is off the top of my head but I know I am right . As for the back thats a whole nother league.

There are other tricks that can be done with the front assemblyt to allow for lower and correct strut travel.
