need help with codes

ok i swaped a d15b into a 92 hatch that was a VX and its sending my code 21 and code 14 any idea what those are? sorry im a noob

14 = IACV, is that hooked up correctly?
21 = VTEC spool. Do you have oil and is VTEC wired up?
