Well I just got the car back from the body shop after getting a new paint job and body work done. Here is what it looked like right outta the body shop! This is my new car which i got at the end of may and its been gone over 2 months at the body shop! Just got it back, but its going for its second makeover in a week or two for its motor swap and turbo!

I have a carbon fiber lip on the way!

I think Im keeping the stock sides on; once I get the carbon fiber lip on I believe it'll will look nicer! Other ideas were to throw on the wings west w type sides that I have already or getting stock sides painted.

Just wanted to know what you guys think so far, so please leave your comments!

Btw the car has a stock gsr motor in it, which is getting swapped for my fully built gsr motor and a brand new turbo setup!

Looking at 400-500whp probably, hope to put down some good numbers. The motor is going in as soon as the new parts are in....but full-race takes forever on delivery!

Once it's all done ill post pics up!

I really wanted a jdm front...but i decided to spend the rest of the money on the motor instead of the body for now! Hopefully sometime next year I'll do a jdm front...then i think the car will be pretty sick!

Only thing I would have done different was paint just the roof black, not the pillars, but it's your car, and I don't think anyone would argue with the numbers you plan for

Yea I would of left the whole car one color and def. painted the side skirts and added a itr lip. Lose the wing and the car is done. Plain and Simple

 

I really think it looks way better when people only do the hood, roof, and "trunk" part...it starts looking odd when the tops of the doors etc. are painted because the black no longer follows a body line. Just my opinion.

don't like the paint scheme at all but at least it will have nice numbers.

i too agree that you should of just painted the roof not the pillars. the paint scheme reminds me of older eclipses.

I like it. I think the pillars black look sweet. I'd lose the wing though Carbon trunk and lip = Fukn badass

 

needs a ITR lip and you should be good to go

Thanks for the comments. Like I've said before...I like it..and that's all that matters to me....and I use to have the same car, same color, witha wings west w type lip kit. I just wanted to do something different and go for a different look...i think it looks pretty clean and when I get the cf trunk and lip on it will look even better!

my friend has the same set up..but his is a 4 door..i think its nice but i like just the roof painted but yea..its ur car and it looks nice..whats cool bout it is that at night, my homie's car looks like its a convertible..
