is your car orignally from Japan and right hand drive ? if no, then, NO you don't need Japanese wiring schematics for your car. You need use wiring schematics.
As far as the pinouts go they're the same, US or JDM.

like badCRX said......obd1 or obd2?
what year is your car and engine?

Katman , correct me if i am wrong !

a JDM b18c going into a JDM civic would have the same wiring schematics as a USDM b18c going into a USDM civic ?

All wiring just plugs in the same ?

Katman that diagram helped me out alot, im also looking for the same information.. i know where to put the ecu pin-outs in the harness but not sure what the wires are under the hood.. can you help out on that??

i need to wire the vtec pressure switch, vtec solenoid (green wire coming off seloniod right???), evap purge soleniod, and evap purge power.. i already know where the knock sensor is and have that wired, and im using a skunk2 IM so i dont need the sec butterfly.. do i even need to run the wires for the EVAP purge since im not using the sec butterflys??? thanks for the help..

....well i've been meaning to make a diagram picture of those wires needed to add to the engine harness. So, sometime soon...

no you don't need to run wires for the evap solenoid crap thing at all.
