Rota Subzero (Racing Hart CP-035) Caliper Clearance Problems
I gave a search on the issue and noticed 2 threads on the issue but nothing was answered so hopefully by the time this thread is done with, there will be an answer.
I purchased a set of 16x7 +45 Rota Subzeros a little while back but finally had a chance to put them on yesterday. A VERY short drive told me that there was something definately wrong. After a quick inspection I found that the spokes on the front wheel rub against the caliper.
I'm guessing now that I'll need a set of wheel spacers to sort out the problem. Can anyone help me out on finding exactly what I need? What size spacers? Will I need extended studs? Open end lug nuts? And also where to buy all this stuff?
Here's some pics:
Shot of the inside of the damaged wheel. Interestingly only 1 of the wheels was damaged and it wasn't all the spokes. Luckily they're only surface scratches (except for 1 spoke).

Thats wierd that only one wheel is rubbing. This is the first of rubbing issues on stock calipers.
I'm wondering if it's because of the offset (+45). I think others may have been riding on +40s.
I googled today at work and found 1 other link where a dc2 had problems. They solved it using 8mm spacers and extended wheel studs. I'm hoping that 3mm spacers might work as someone else suggested to me so I can probably skip the studs.
The other wheel is ALMOST rubbing. It's so close, u'd swear it is, but it isn't.

That IS weird. I ran 17x7.5 +48 offset Subzero's with no issues. Also the stock wheels are 15x6.5 +50 offset. I'm now getting 15x7 +43 offset CE28N's*balla* and there shouldn't be any problems.
Also another member has 16x7 +43 offset CE28N's with no issues on stock clappers.
From the sounds of it a 3mm spacer should fix the problem but perhaps the wheel is warpped. Something doesn't make sense*shrug*

If the lugnuts were all torqued down properly, there's no way that the caliper would rub on only some of the spokes. Worse yet, some of the spokes are clearly gouged more than the others.
Either the wheel is horribly warped, or that wheel was loose.
