they only make one for the 5th gen lude but i heard with alittle banging in some spots with a rubber mallet is suppost to make the charger work but i dont want to beat on my 4th gen
There are threads in the archives of people that have done it. From what I remember the drivers shock tower is where the main problem is with the 4th gens, the SC pulley will rub, so you have to either custom a new mounting bracket, or modify (dent in with hammer) your shock tower.

I'd say a dented shock tower is totally worth it

gonna have to put the Vtec head on if you want to run the JRSC. the intake manifold runners are different and i dont think that you can just bolt the lower runner section onto the SC. aka to much money to get 7psi boost(roughly) basically you need everything to convert it to a Vtec. then you need the JRSC. so basically you spend say $1000 on the conversion and then another $2500 to $3500 on the SC....... thats $4500 max and that is way more than a basic turbo kit from Max-Rev.com and they supply you with everything you need to hook the kit up.
well i'd kinda hate to have to ditch my whole exhaust and everything for a turbo, i didn't plan on takin it this far, performance wise but im addicted now, how easy is a turbo, i mean i dont' want anythign crazy, just 8 psi or so, it all basically bolts up right, maybe a weekend or so, and 3500 for a decent setup?
i hate having a slow car, if i had vtec it wouldn't be so bad, argh its frustrating, with out boost or sprayin, what is the max i could even expect out of h23, like 180 whp and thats with alot of work too right?
decent kit with everything you need, yes. the NA power, roughly without play with stroking or anything also a yes. an turbo sizing is almost up to you. and no can not just drill different holes for the JRSC. doesnt work like that.
well, correct me if im wrong, but aren't the h23 and h22 top portion of the IM enterchangeable, and doesn't the sc bolt up in place of the top portion, and leave the bottom on ????
