Atlanta Reg. SCCA Sept. 2-5 Double SARRC cancelled
The race has been cancelled dut to the inability to properly staff it per the GCR according to the Atlanta Region's website. Folks in SEDIV in the last year have discussed this scenario possibly happening at some point. I didn't expect it to happen to the Atlanta region though. Don't know any of the particulars behind it other than what was stated. We have more and more races at more tracks and the number of volunteers is not really on the rise. This may be more prevalent in the future. Racers better start helping recruit more course workers. Bummer.

A lot of the regulars will be working the superbike race at Road Atlanta this same weekend instead. At least we still have the autox!
