ITR Front Seat Locks: What thread size ??
I am looking to purchase seat locks for my car... I searched so dont flame. What size thread are the bolts for the Front seats to the floor ?? Will these locks fit ?? I also heard the thread is metric on the stock bolts and are unable to be purchased at a hardware store.

you can take your oem seat bolt out, go to any hardware store, they can measure the thread pitch and tell you exactly what size the bolt is. and hardware stores do sell metric size bolts that will fit your car. even with a large 13mm+ socket head. i wouldnt waste money on these locking bolts, just by 2 larger sized bolts at the hardware store. besides if they cant take your seats they will just cut them up in the end anyway. good luck.
and the bolt you want to change is the rear ones toward the middle, alot harder to get to and unscrew a bolt compared to the other three and you can probably get a 17-19mm head bolt to fit there too. add some locktyte, and locking washers are nice too.

Its the same thing with that RS door handle crap, IMO if I was a theif I'd just smash the window, if they're going for an ITR they know what to look for and they'll get it done.
