Default my LX

nothing special here, just some pics to post up of what i have to work with, (if the pics are too big i can resize them more)

its a reallly bad camera but, notice the roof needs to be repainted, and the hood, and there are a few dents the white spots on the car are not the bad camera, those are paint chips. cant wait to start making this thing look nice

Looks good. Now, start to modify it. Honda-Tech style, not CarDomain style.

thanks for compliment, wish the paint was good tho, on the doors and such it looks brand new and man is it great.

is there anyway to restore paint, on the hood its fading a bit and i dont want it to end up like the roof

wow, i really hope you didnt just say new tail lights as in altezzas, cause they were cool in like.... 96 for about 3 minutes.

BTW your car is PHANTOM GREY

and not to be a dick or anything, but your car will never get a swap.... its just a fact. cars like that dont get swaps, not when the 1st mod they do is a blue and chrome intake. you might as well just sell the car now and save yourself the hassle of wasting money on altezzas, big mufflers, and spray paint.

and now i see the system wires too. that car is doomed. might as well write off another good sedan

oh boy here we go.

#1 ALTEZZAS ARE A NO, one of my tails is cracked, the other one has condensation.

#2 Thanks for the Color

#3 The intake was free, my friend took it off his integra, i cut it down and threw it in there

#4 The wire is still there, but if you look, there is no fuse, the amp i had blew up and im not putting my system back in, already sold it. (took that wire out a couple days ago)

i plan on painting that intake as well, i hate chrome, and i will get a k&n filter for it. not that it makes any real performance increase anyway, just for sound i guess, better than diy and it freebie

I've seen plenty of 4 door civics taht make good power. I've seen an EF and EK in two different magazines that could kick most asses on the road that cost under 50k.

he isnt saying it cant make power, he saying i cant cause i rice my blue and chrome lol

honestly tho, would you take a free intake over buying one, even if it is blue and chrome? some may not, i did

freebies = the ****

that system i had cost me a grand total of 50 bucks and you could hear it a 1/4 mile away, but im passed that stage now, and it weighed SOOO MUCH it was like carrying an extra person in the trunk.

now im saving for my mini-me and ex tranny, just to get started
