what size tires should i slap on some Rota C-8
So i think i decided on what wheels to get and it came down to the 16" Rota Circuit 8's. my last set of tires were a set of yokohama es100's and i thought they were kinda nice except the fact the rubber was to soft and they wore a little to fast for me. im looking for something with a harder compound and give me more tread life. i dont wanna take a huge step down tho in quality. What are a couple good choices that i should look into for my next set of tires?

The best size depends on what car you have. I assume from your username that you have an Integra. The best 16" size for most Integras is 205/45-16. There are a lot of tires available in that size, too.

First, I'm surprised the ES100 wore fast for you. I've got a set on my GS-R and they are wearing longer than any tire I've used on that car before. It looks like I'm going to get about 35K miles before I need to replace them, which is awesome.
Your objectives of quality (I assume you mean performance - crisp handling, etc) and tread life conflict with each other. You can get a tire that gives you longer tread life, such as an all-season tire like the Kumho Ecsta ASX (420 treadwear, $77/tire) or the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S (400 treadwear, $86/tire), but it's not going to perform anywhere near as well in nice weather as the ES100 summer tire does. If you're willing to accept the lower performance for better treadlife, go for one of those.
If you really care about performance, then I would suggest sticking to summer tires. In that size, these include the Yokohama ES100 (280 treadewear, $82/tire) as well as other good choices like the Kumho Ecsta SPT (320 treadwear, $77/tire), the Fuzion ZRi (320 treadwear, $72/tire), and the General Exclaim UHP (380 treadwear, $55/tire). The General Exclaim UHP seems like a particularly attractive choice for you. The treadwear rating is higher (although you have to take those ratings with a grain of salt), the price is significantly lower, and it did pretty well in a side-by-side comparison test on Tire Rack's website. (No, it didn't beat the ES100 or the SPT that it was tested against, but it still did pretty well.)
Cliff's Notes version: Get the General Exclaim UHP in 205/45-16 for $55/tire.

That's terrible advice. Some of those sizes are way, way off from stock. And the bigger sizes are likely to rub on the wheel well liners.
The stock size for many Integras is 195/55-15, while for other Integras it's 185/65-14. Here's how the outer diameter of the various sizes compares to stock:
195/55-15
185/65-14: + 0.1 percent
205/45-16: -0.8 percent
215/45-16: + 0.7 percent
205/40-16: -4.2 percent
215/40-16: -2.9 percent
225/45-16: +2.3 percent
225/40-16: -1.5 percent

No, I did the man a favor because I told him that that size will work. You only confused him because you posted six different sizes, five of which have problems. Don't post bad advice. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't post anything at all.
