Default wheel offset/rubbing/clearance/etc in an EF

i recently aquiried a set of 15" steelies for my EF hatch. the wheels appear to be 15x7, 4x100. they are the factory steelies from a scion xB, if that helps anyone out.

my own measurements (whose accuracy i am unsure of) say that the offset should be about +20mm or a bit more. they are getting falken ziex 512's 205/50/15 on them.
i will also be running a 3mm spacer for my brake upgrade.

my question is this:
does anyone have any experience with such a small offset on an EF? how might all these parts fit together?

any input is appreciated, thanks!

We show the stock XB wheel to be 15x6 with a 40 mm offset.

hmm...well i guess my measurements are incorrect then. oh well, 15x6 and +40mm is better for me anyways. thanks!
